01Introduction & Definitions

By using 365bdt's website, mobile app, and any associated services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 365bdt's services.

03Eligibility & Age Requirements

To participate on 365bdt, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. If these conditions are not met, you are not permitted to use 365bdt's services.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is entirely prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of using the platform of your own free will.
• Individuals currently enrolled in a gaming addiction recovery program are not eligible to register.
• 365bdt employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to play on the platform.

05Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from 365bdt is a straightforward and secure process. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed, as detailed below.

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.

• If a technical error results in an abnormal outcome, that round may be voided.
• If the connection is lost during a game, the progress of that round will be saved.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, server logs will serve as the definitive record.

08Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates 365bdt's Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. Engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.

• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance in the account will be returned, but bonus funds will not be refunded.
